Need book recommendation

I'm looking to read something to help get ds on a sleeping schedule. He's almost 4 months and wakes up at least 2x at night, one of those to eat. The most he will sleep is between 4-6 hrs at a time, 6 is the rare occasion. I've tried everything, and even though i know it's still early and lots of babies take longer to sleep through the night, I'm so envious of those that can sleep longer than 6 hrs at a time. I'm so tired during the day, and in my job, it's not safe to be sleepy (i'm a nypd police officer). Any book recommendation or any advice is greatly appreciated! TIA

I read them all and combined them all. LOL

HEalth SLeep Habits, Happy Child I think its called is a good one.

I like a bit of what the Baby Whisperer has to say, only some though.

And I read Dr. Ferbers Solve your Childs Sleep Problems which is basically a CIO method.

i found the ferber book very helpful. i basically did a combo of the healthy sleep habits method and the ferber method and it worked to get him to sleep in his crib. now we are working on weaning night feedings and the paci, which i don't think is going to be very easy Chat Icon

Try Babywise. 2 of my friends swear by it. We are trying it and DS has always been a good sleeper at night, except he still wakesup once a night.
