Need Brunch Ideas for Mother's Day
Give me your favorite!!!
So far I am thinking:
Honey Glazed Ham
Baked French toast with Berries and Pecans
Fritatta with Chorizo and potatoes
Mesculan Salad with Cranberries, walnuts and apples with a Balsamic Vinegrette

How about scones? Sugar crafter has awesome looking vanilla bean ones!

You should actually look at the other recipes for breakfast/brunch on her site, some really nice ideas!

for easter we made (we went more breakfasty):
blueberry streusel muffins apple-walnut cinnamon buns scrambled eggs with lox & chives bacon turkey sausage pancake squares (pancakes made in a 9x13 pan and cut into squares.... really yummy and this way they all cook at the same time!) hashbrowns

Re: Need Brunch Ideas for Mother's Day
My SIL made this awesome maple syrup bacon for our Easter Brunch
Not sure if this was the exact recipe she followed, but it looks pretty close ( she used regular bacon, not thick though) She made sure to use REAL maple syrup also
