Need brunch recipe ideas

I'm going to a brunch next week and need ideas of something to bring. I need to be able to make it the day before, so it needs to be able to keep fresh. TIA!

How about panacotta - its cooked cream - you can flavor it any way.
Jello used to have a recipe but haven't been able to find it lately.

ETA: I saw a bunch that use baileys irish cream - sort of a seasonal recipe, or maybe egg nog

Sweet or Savory? I'm doing Christmas brunch this year and did, pioneer women's cinnamon rolls, they can be prepped ahead and just baked day of. I use my own cream cheese frosting though. A strata, which can be prepped the day before, but needs to be cooked the morning of. A spinach salad with pomogranate, pears, pecans, and goat cheese, and a fruit salad. Also added smoked salmon with watercress creme friache on toast points, but that has to be prepped the morning of.

How about a coffee cake? Williams-Sonoma has a good raspberry- sour cream crumb cake recipe. Ina Gartenvhas one that is like the old Drake's snack cakes.

Or similarly, a basket of homemade muffins, maybe a few different kinds?

A quiche is always a good make ahead item. You can put any combo of breakfast meat, veggies, cheese, etc. in it. I like bacon and Swiss, feta, tomato and spinach, broccoli and cheddar. You can use a frozen premade pie shell to make it really easy, or even do a crust less quiche.

Last Christmas, Imade Ina Garten's Baked Blintzes with blueberry sauce. So good - very decadent and not your everyday brunch item. It got rave reviews!

You can do baked french toast... you can prepare it the day before, then pop it in the oven before you leave... so yummy!! I put bananas in mine and use hallah bread...
