Re: Need dinner ideas
I made spaghetti squash with meat sauce last night and OMG! It was amazing!
I use the George Foreman grill a lot and I've been making shish kabobs with beef or chicken and adding mushrooms, peppers, onions. I season with olive oil, lemon, pepper and a little sea salt.
I make burgers with bib or butter lettuce in place of buns. Lettuce wraps with chicken or fish. I made it with Trader Joe's Mahi Mahi last week and my BF was going nuts over it!

Sorry no points plus information I am not a weight watcher's girl -I do everything based on calories and nutrients. Although I would be interested to know the point values for the recipes. Do you need the serving sizes for that?

If you happen to know the serving size, that would be great. I just guessed when I put them in the recipe builder.

The spinach pie serves eight and the soup serves six...I do not know about the squash b/c sometimes I only make that and others I use it as a side dish- The squash recipe is from my grand mother so it does not have serving size suggestion.

Okay so per the recipe builder: Soup with 6 servings-- 2 points per serving Squash Souffle with 9 servings (cut 9x9 pan into 9 squares)--- 6 points per serving Italian spinach pie with 9 servings (again my square baking pan)---4 points each serving
And I have the souffle in the over right now---smells so good! Can't wait to taste it!

OMG---delicious! What a tasty dessert and for only 4 points---I feel like I am committing a sin! It's like a custard!

I love the squash souffle. I have never served it as a dessert but I have used it for brunch.
