Need Help ASAP RE: Baking bread
I made Melissa's (Melbernai') zucchini bread recipe tonight!
i used 5 small loaf pans
Now, when do I take it out of the pans? After it cools or for it to cool?
I know, I know..this belongs on recipes, but I need help now since I am just taking them out!

i would leave it in the pans for about 10-15 minutes and then take it out and let it cool the rest of the way on a cooling rack.

Yay! I'm so glad you made it!
I always let it cool a little bit at least before taking it out. SOmetimes I leave them in the loaf pan and just cut from there. Since you made 5 small ones they freeze really well too.
