need help being patient
Dh and I are not TTC yet, but I am slowly checking off everything on our list before we can...
such as paying down debt (almost done)
finishing my master's + 60 (done)
buying a house (in contract)
Dh taking patent bar (done and passed! woohoo)
So, I am all excited because I figure we can start now...
Now dh has a new list (find a new job, and work at it for like 100 years first!!!)
 I know by nature he is a planner, but I can't take waiting much more!

yeah that's hard! I'd be impatient too. Sometimes TOO much planning isn't so great, sometimes you just gotta go with it. But that's easier said than done, I know. Good luck!!! Hope he gets through his list quickly.

Thanks, I guess I am being a baby about this.... but I am a teacher, and there are certain times of the year that I would rather have a baby. Dh is ruining my plans by making me wait.

ETA- it seems like you both have completed a lot of great goals, I think when its meant happen, it will.
Its so hard to wait, its like one day you are on the fence about having kids, and the next day you wake up and you KNOW you want to.

DH and I also have a "list". Seems like every time we knock off 1 thing 10 more is added!
Patience are running thin. But I just keep telling myself the longer we wait the more we'll appreciate it when the time does come.
