Need help quick -- grilled chicken parmigiana
I don't cook usually but since I'm home from work today and DH isn't, I figured I would. I have some boneless chicken cutlets and I want to make a chicken parm with it but I don't want the cutlets to be breaded. Do I have to cook the chicken before putting it in the oven or can I put the uncooked chicken with sauce and cheese in a dish and bake it together? I'm totally clueless when it comes to this kind of thing.

Need help quick -- grilled chicken parmigiana
Cook it before, I would grill it with some Italian seasoning and EVOO to bring some flavor, then cover with sauce and cheese and bake :)

And to prove how clueless I am -- I pulled out what I thought was chicken and started to defrost it. DH called and I told him what I was doing and he's like, the meat i the food saver bag? I said yes, why? Well it turns out that it was pork. Yup, I almost made pork parmigiana! Luckily I caught it in time!
