Re: Need Help with Hotels in Capri, Italy
Oh my god - i just went to Capri for my honeymoon. I need to knwo more about you before i tell you which hotel i would recommend. I stayed at the Capri Palace and I really liked it BUT if i were going back hands down i would stay at Caesar Augustus. It may not have all of the facilities of Capri palace but it is breathtaking.
Caesar-Augustus
If you would rather be in the center of the town and closer to the shops and restaurants stay at the Quisisana.
Quisisana
FM me if you want more details!

Re: Need Help with Hotels in Capri, Italy
I hate to be difficult, but have you thought about staying in Positano and visiting Capri? Positinano is on the Amalfi coast and about a 10 minute ferry ride from Capri. From Positano you can visit Amalfi, Atrani and Ravello on land. By ferry you can go to Capri, Ischia and some other Island. Positano is on a cliff and just beautiful. The views of the water are amazing.

Thanks everyone,
Shelly, we want to stay in Positano for three nights and the last two days in Capri.
I want to experience both.

That's a great idea. You are going to have a wonderful time.
Sorry I have no ideas for you. I went there aer a poor student and stayed in a youth hostel in Positano. You certainly dont' want to stay there. I know of Le Sireaneuse in Positano, but that is supposed to be one of the best, and most expensive, hotels in the world.
