A trip out east to the wineries?
A stack of movies, candles, wine. Turn the ringer off on the phone. Dinner by candlelight. And don't forget the massage oils!

What about a night in a nice hotel? That always feels like a mini-vaca to me, even if its just for the night.... order room service and cuddle in the robes

How about a picnic at the beach? Order sandwiches from a local deli and bring a bottle of wine with you. You can have the picnic and then go for a walk while the sun is setting.

I second that. my husband loves when I make a picnic with his favorite foods and then we either go to port jeff beach or a park.
It helps if you have one of those cute picnic baskets and some huge comfy blankets. To keep the blankets clean, I always put them on top of a cheap vinyl tablecloth..... Don't forget his favorite drink (we love thai iced tea.... double strength tea, sweetened condensed milk, and light coconut milk.... )
