My creation, called "Cheeseburger Paradise" Chat Icon

Brown 93% lean hamburger (1 patty per serving) with a little beer. Add finely chopped red onion and pickles (and hot peppers if you like). Add ketchup and mustard to taste. Cook together and add more beer to make it saucy. Should only use a little beer so that by the end you have almost a full glass left. Melt 1% skim milk cheddar cheese slices on top (1 slice per serving). Serve over brown rice. I use 1/2 a cup of rice per serving instead of the full cup that the package says.

Per serving:

meat -4 pts
cheese-1pt
brown rice- 2 pts

Re: Need meal ideas

This is a WW recipe

Spaghetti Pie

mix 2c cooked spaghettie with 1 ounce parmesan cheese, 1 beaten egg and 4 teaspoons of 10 calorie margarine.

Brown turkey (or veal) [I use lean beef] and add 1 cup of tomato sauce.

Pour spaghetti mixture into quiche pan. Spread 2/3 cup part skim Ricotta over spaghetti. Pour meat and sauce on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, then sprinkle 2 ounces of shredded mozarella on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.

4 servings, 8 points each
