What is killing me is that I can't tell my daughter tonight because she has my niece with her for the night & my stepbrother & SIL want to be with her when she finds out. My daughter is taking her back to my moms in the morning.

Completely understandable that they want to tell her - but I also understand that you want to tell your daughter & be there when she gets the news too.
