Need restaurant recommendations for combined 2nd bday party and 75th bday party

We are combining my Dad's bday and DD's bday. My Dad would love to have it at a restaurant on the water that you can eat outside.

Any suggestions....either nassau or suffolk. There will be about 20 people of which 5 are 5 years old and under. (So I'm hoping that eating outside on a deck won't be too stressful with 5 kids)
