Don't know if you have it in the house, but we douse it in fresh lemon, cracked pepper & a ton of dill-- yum!

check out the foodnetwork for the exact measurements. It's GIada's recipe.
I made it last night, and my MIL loved it.
Ingredients:
stone ground mustard
dijon mustard
thyme
rosemary
white wine
S&P
It tooks 12 minutes.
