Need sizing help. Is VS true to size...
or do they run small? Have never ordered VS online and was looking for some coverups.
I am a size 6 or a small in most dresses - I am a medium or 8 in others. I am thinking a small would be okay for something like this since it is cotton (size 4-6 according to the website)?

Yes you would be fine in a size Small in that dress.
I get almost all my clothes from there and they run pretty true to size and not overally small.
They aren't junior sizes- they are misses sizes- which is nice.

I have only ordered from Victoria's Secret once and they seemed to run small. These, however, were tops and not dresses. (If that helps)

I have a few dresses like that - I order small
at the time was a 4 or 6
I think you would ok in a small- but most times when I order on line- I get 2 sizes and send one back

I find that they run a little small. I usually go with a medium, but am a 6 and can get away with a small in other brands. With that one I'd be afraid that the small wouldn't cover my chest. Even when the body fits, my chest is big enough to need a medium often.

i think they run a little small in the chest area. if youre chesty i would go up a size.

They're pretty true to size, but I have found that if you're not build like a supermodel, they dont' exactly 'lay' the way the do in the pictures ........
I usually wear a medium, and in some stuff I need a large -

Okay I still haven't ordered and now I am confused. I am not really "chesty." In fact my friends were just saying the other day there is no way I am a C but I swear I am  I guess it's a small C.
Maybe I should just go for a different dress  
I don't think this dress would look good on me if it was too big - may appear too flowy if you know what I mean.

I dont' think it will be too big if you order it in a small and you are about a size 6.
As long as you aren't too big in the chest it should fit fine in a small.
I am a size 4 or a 6 depending on the item and I have a smaller chest and I would get that in a small....
