Need to Vent....teachers federal credit union

Okay so this all started 2 months ago.........I paid keyspan, lipa and my amex bills online like i always do. about 1 week later I got letters in the mail from all 3 saying the bank declined the withdrawal from the account....no explination why.
So I called the bank............they said the name on the bills didnt match the name on the account. I explained that I didnt change them yet and they were still in my maiden name, not my new last name. I called the 3 companies and had them updated. well, here I am 2 months later and the names have been changed...........SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!! the bank is not allowing the charges to be taken out because they are saying the name doesnt match. We originally had WAMU and changed since we were having so many problems with them....well, we have had MORE problems with this new bank than we ever did with WAMU. You would think that if the bank saw these 3 companies trying to take money out and the last names didnt match they would at least call and say hey this is trying to get taken out blah blah blah we thought we would let you know...........But nope they didnt. Now, i have to take the day off wed and go down there to the bank because the people you get on the phone are idoits!!!!!!!!!! What are the chances of having the bank reimburse me the late fees that I have to pay now since they didnt let the money get taken out oh and the returned check fees from LIPA and keyspan?!!?!?!?
I am SO frustrated...........thanks for letting me vent.

wow that really stinks!!

I use wamu now and have for almost a year, and i pay all my bills online and I have never had any problems. I'm shocked!

GUESS WHAT....SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
EXCEPT....I was in Florida
They wouldnt give me my paycheck bc it had my original name so they declined it and I was broke on vacation with my mom. They gave me a provisional credit of 2000 until I came back (2 weeks later) to re-sign my last name. Last week dh tried to pay LIPA in his name from my account...they declined it! WTH is wrong with them...
