Need tomato Pasta sauce recipe
I have so many tomatoes from my garden that I know what to do with. Need some sauce recipes.

This is a 'raw' sauce but sooo good in the summer!
Tomatoes, chopped
Garlic, minced
Red onion, sliced very thin
Basil, chiffonade
Fresh Mozzarella, cubed small
Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Mix together in a bowl and refrigerate.
Boil Pasta (penne or rigatoni), drain.
Mix together Pasta and Tomato mixture and serve immediately. The mozzarella will just melt a bit.
So So So good!
