Wow!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
If it were me, I would go somewhere far and/or exotic like the South pacific or Australia. Somewhere that is far ane expensive to fly to that I might not go to if I didn't have a free flight  Europe is amazing, but there are always deals to Italy and Greece.
If you are going to go to Europe, I see the Amalfi Coast of Italy. I stayed in Positana and it was just amazing!!!!

First. Congrats 
If you just won tickets though and are responsible for every other expense you might want to avoid Europe. The dollar does not fair well against the Euro which makes even the most basic trip to Europe expensive these days. We went to London in 05 for our honeymoon and stayed in a cheaper hotel and ate sandwhiches or in pubs for dinner because the exchange rate was  We still spent over 5K for a 10 day stay. I really wanted to go before we had kids so it was worth it.
If you want more bang for your buck look into a place that has a better exchange rate compared to the dollar. Your money wil go a lot further and you will live like a queen!!!

We decided to do five days in the amalfi coast starting in naples and the last day in sorrento with day trips in between. we also want to visit Tuscany.
then we will take the train to Greece and spend 5 days in Mikonos.

Have a great time. If you can, try to go to Santorini for a day or two. It's so beautiful-IMO, it's the best part of Greece.
