negotiated/contracted IVF rates
Hi Ladies,
for those with insurance...how much did an IVF cycle cost in terms of the negotiated/contracted rates.
I have a $10k lifetime max. They cover above that medications, anastesia for ER, blood and sonos. So the only thing that gets deducted from my lifetime max is the actual procedures.
Anyone have an idea about how much theirs were? I know all doctors are different, but i'm trying to get an idea. I emailed my doctor's billing office and havent heard back - you ladies are much more responsive! :)

At RSNY we paid $1,200 for the IVF procedure and we have 75% insurance coverage...at NSUH it was going to be $4,300 with the 75% coverage as well...I dont know how that compares to other facilities.

I travel to CNYFC in Albany. Their cost is $4,500 per cyle with free FETs for a week.

My negotiated rate through insurance was 7500 for procedures only (meds, ICSI, cryo are all separate). My ins covers 50% so we paid ~3800 for the fresh cycle procedures.
