Negotiating new construction
Has anyone negotiated with the builder regarding prices of new construction homes? Any tips?

We bought new construction but the house was almost complete. When we were looking at various new construction some builders were offering paying closing costs, or 20k in upgrades, but nothing off the base price of the home.

we bought new construction and negotiated the asking price and were successful.
