Neutral colored gym sneakers for girls?

I've been to quite a few stores this week trying to find a regular pair of sneakers that will coordinate with a lot of things (other than plain white ones). Not a fan of the sneakers with the bling, lights, 80's colors, etc. Checked Lelli Kelli's but no luck there, they are all too loud this year. Oh, and they can't have velcro. Has anyone had luck?

I like superga's and cienta's for girls, not sure if you are looking for more of a true gym shoe. My dd is only 16 months so these work fine for outside play etc.
