New online product- a real hit on the WW boards

I ordered it myself and I am in Peanut Butter heaven.

It is called PB2. It is a peanut powder. It is real peanuts that have had most of the fat squeezed out. You can mix it with water to make it into peanut butter or you can use it in baking and really mix it into anything that goes with peanut butter.

It has been taking a while to get it for many people, including myself. It took 1 month because it was a small company and the healthy girl website did a write up and the company got hit with more orders than it could handle. You have to order a minimum of 4 jars and it comes out to 21.00 give or take including shipping.

It is 1 point for 2 Tablespoons of powder, and when rehydrated with water or mixed into jelly (to name a few ways it is used) this stuff is just as good as regular peanut butter (to me anyway.)

It is worth checking out- I LOVE peanut butter and think that fake stuff from Trader Joe's sucks, but this stuff is delicious!

It is really the rage right now on the WW website, so if you visit the community board on weightwatchers.com and go to the food talk board, you can find tons of posts about PB2 if you skim through the pages with reviews, recipes, etc.
