NEW UPDATE - Has anyone had bleeding and cramping
and it NOT end in a miscarriage? I'm 6 weeks today and I'm having moderate cramping and bleeding (3 tiny clots and a lot of spotting). I think I might be miscarrying but looking for some hope

I just updated on the IF board, but wanted to update here as well.

I went to the RE this morning and the baby was still there!!! Still no heartbeat, but they were able to take a crown to rump measurement and the baby is measuring 6w1d, which is exactly where I'm at today. They also saw the fetal pole, which wasn't there on Thursday, so that's a good sign The RE said we just have to wait and see and hope we get a heartbeat on Wednesday. They didn't see where I was bleeding from, but it wasn't from around the little peanut. The sono tech did say I could have developed a subchorionic hematoma and it leaving my body could have caused the bleeding and cramping. Much better news than I could have ever hoped for!!!
***NEW UPDATE***
It's over 
I went today for a sono & bloodwork, still no heartbeat but baby was measuring 6w3d (I'm 6w4d today). RE said there was still a chance, but we needed to see where my beta was at. It was 5200 on Monday, which to me seemed a little low for how far along I was, but today it was 815  I stopped the estrogen patches and progesterone, and I guess I just wait for the bleeding & cramping to start up again. This sucks, but I guess it wasn't meant to be this time around.

Yes, I have been bleeding nonstop this pregnancy and did so when I was pregnant w/ the boys. I am 13 weeks and am still bleeding daily. My issue is called sub chorionic hematoma.  that is what you have too!

I responded on the infertility board too, but I had minor bleeding, with a clot, and it was due to irritation from the progesterone. I would call my doctor ASAP, but don't assume you are miscarrying!! Lots of women bleed in early pregnancy.

Were you on suppositories? I'm on injections if that makes a difference.

YES absolutely. I have a very large SCH (subchorionic hematoma). At 7 weeks I started bleeding heavier than the first day of my period with large clots (up to quarter-sized).
I was SURE I was miscarrying both babies, but they were both fine and continue to be fine - I'm 17 weeks now.
I bled from basically 7 weeks until just last week. Sometimes heavy red, sometimes light red, sometimes just a lot of brown blood. HANG IN THERE. I'm praying that it's nothing for you

It could be old blood. Does your doctor have a after hours number?? If so give him a call and explain what you are experiencing.

Did you have any cramping during that time? That's what is worrying me the most, the cramping was as bad if not worse than AF cramping

Sending you lots of coming from someone who has miscarried AND had two bleeding scares in my recent pregnancy I know how frightening it can be. I would def. call your Dr. but dont assume anything yet. I bled twice during this current pregnancy...didnt pass clots but first time was bright red...and baby is fine. I hope its nothing for you

I called and they put me on bedrest for the rest of the night, and told me to call first thing to come in for a sono.
I just passed a HUGE blood clot so I'm nervous, but my cramping eased up about an hour ago.

I had the same problem. I was on suppositories.

I had the same thing and thought it was going to be a miscarriage. It wound up being twins! Happy and healthy at three now.
