NEW UPDATE!!! I got wonderful news last night!!!!!! UPDATE!!!
UPDATED 3/27/08: My brother called this morning. My SIL had an emergency c-section last night after a horrible day of cramping and breathing issues. The babies were pushing on her ribs. Both babies were born at 12:27AM - one is named Ramsey Donovan and the other is Colby Harrison. Both are in the NICU for the next 12-16 weeks. My SIL gave birth to them at 28 weeks old. Both babies were crying when they were born, and the issue now is lung development and how to feed the babies since one baby is 3 lbs and the other is 2 lbs. Please pray for all three of them. My SIL is not well either after spending the last 3 months in the hospital due to pregnancy issues.
I'm going to be an AUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My SIL (MOH) and my older brother, after 3 years of TTC, finally got the wish they so rightfully deserve!!!!!! The IVF worked and they are so excited right now!!!!!!
Keep them in their prayers that this continues to be a healthy, happy pregnancy for my SIL.
ETA: My SIL just called me and they said her hormone levels are so high from the IVF that the Dr's think she's carrying twins. She said she'll know more in a week when she goes back to the Dr for more bloodwork.
UPDATE 10/12/07: SIL just called - sh's having TWINS. She got an ultrasound today and next week they're going to hear the heart beat for the 1st time to confirm there are no more than 2 little babies in there.
