New WW plan and nursing
I just rejoined. I'm a LT member, but haven't been since before I got pregnant. I managed to lose all my weight by 3-4 weeks pp without trying, but now that I'm a SAHM, I gained a few lbs because I graze all day. I need to get back on track. Hopefully this will help!
I wasn't able to stay for a meeting, but just read all my materials and don't see anything about nursing. Do we still get extra points? My target is 29.

Yes, you get an extra 14 pp per day. Next time you go, ask for the Nursing pamphlet.
