New WW Points Plus? Did my points go down?
I did the WW PP last spring and did well on it, with 29 points a day. I just went on the website and saw that I only get 26 now.
What happened?

They changed the way they calculate their points... I think the food values have changed as well--, though I did the old system over 5 years ago.

The plan now goes down to 26 points. There is flexibility- if 26 is not enough and you were doing fine on 29 you can still go up to 29.
Most of the food hasn't changed points. Only a couple of foods have changed- just check etools or your book to see what changed.
