Newborn Formula Feeding ??
How old is your LO? How many ounces and how often is he or she taking?
DS was 9lbs 1oz at birth which was 2 weeks ago. We took him for his 2 week checkup yesterday and he is almost 9lbs 14oz now  . Doctor said he is right on track.
He is taking 3 1/2 oz's every 3 1/2 hours average, sometimes he does not get past the 3 hour mark though.
Just curious

DS was born 8lbs 6ozs ad had 2oz bottles every 3 hours. Once we noticed he was unsatisfied earlier than that we increase it an ounce.
Sounds like he is on track though

DS was also 8lbs, 6oz. He was taking 2-3 ounces every 2-3 hours...His belly couldn't take anymore then 3 ounces at a time for a long time...Sounds like he is doing great...

Same here (but, DS was 8lbs, 2oz).

DD is one week old and weighed 9lbs 9oz at birth
and she is drinking 3oz. sometimes she wants more sometimes she drinks 2 3/4.

DD was 9.11oz. She was doing the same at that point. Now she's 5 months old and she's taking 7oz every 4 hours while awake. She's 14.11oz now.

DD was 7lbs at birth and was taking 2oz every 2 hrs. She was 9lbs15oz at one month. Now she takes 3-4 oz every 2-3 hrs at 7 weeks.
