Update:
Just got back. They said everything looks okay. It is one of two things
1. The spotting was my period, so CD 1 would be last Sunday, which would make me CD 9.
2. It is an early pregnancy that is waaaaayy too early to detect.
So, the game plan is as follows:
I am seeing my orthopedic surgeon tonight to get clearance to exercise. I am resuming my lunch walks with my buddy to de-stress. I am going to join yoga with her, and generally RELAX, which I am awful at.
If AF does not arrive within 3 1/2 weeks, I go for another blood preggo test. They said it is way too early to pick up anything, which means I was likely off in calculating my O period
I am going to pick up an OPK just to get to know my cycle, as I am assuming I am out for this month. I am in the 3 1/2WW!
Otherwise, I can drink in moderation and I can continue my rheumatoid injections.
Thanks to everyone for your support. I am okay with this, and I just want to send everyone major hugs and babydust!!!!
I'm glad you got answers! Enjoy yoga and your walks. The least you think about it the better you are and the faster the time will go!

I'm sooo glad to hear you're ok how do you feel about the answers the Dr. gave you? have fun with yoga and yes please try to destress!!
Thanks! That is what my credit line is for. I am happy because I have a direction and a plan, and a new beautiful handbag
I am putting things in perspective-
1. A LOT is going on in my life right now...this is a happy thing and I can't s u c k the joy out of it 2. This is my first month trying. I have been on a lot of meds for RA and this is another month off of that dangerous drug, which would make it 5 months. 3. No one ruled anything out, so what is getting upset going to do? I could be early preggo and what is wasting my time getting upset going to do? 4. People have it so much worse-terminal illness, homelessness, horrible health issues, losses. I am fortunate to have a DH who loves me to death, two adorable snuggly kitties, and a supportive family (my family), and a load of nieces and nephews. And a new Gucci 5. If lets say, I get preggo in the next few months, I won't have to fast on Yom Kippor 6. I can work on diet and exercise and really try to lose some weight, which would make me infinitely happy! Seize the opportunity.
So, that is my long winded revelation. And I have to learn to relax!

Thanks babe-good luck to you. What you said on the chat really made me think how lucky I am and how important it is not to get overly wrapped up in TTC, and enjoy married life, because you don't get this time back!
For you and everyone else in the 2WW

I'm glad there's nothing wrong with your health! All the PPs are right, you're taking on a lot at one time. Definitely do whatever you can to de-stress. Take your DH and go for a his-and-hers massage!!
eta: Good luck Michelle!!!

Good for you!!! This is great.
Although getting a BFN is no fun, I really do believe you need to keep it in perspective. Far worse things can happen to you in life. Focus on all the great things you have going on! Try to roll with it & wait for it to happen.
It will happen!!!

Exactly! I am just going to relax and see what happens. I am trying to ignore the symptoms I am feeling, but the nausea is really bad today. I wonder if it could be something else, but the soreness and pain in my breasts is awful!
