Non breastfeeding Mom's and Mirena users please come in..
I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and I'm getting my Mirena put in and before it I'm taking the mandatory pregnancy test which I always thought was funny but well we broke the 6 week rule a few weeks back.....
I so thought AF was coming the other day I had terrible cramps at the super market and spotted very very very lightly but nothing came of it.
I'm a teensy bit paranoid of irish twins and that being implantation spotting... Dh used protection so I'm guessing the odds are slim.. but when did you ladies get your period back???
Should she have come already or anytime from here on out..
I feel like such a fool that I'm going to be sitting there terrified waiting for my results and having to explain we broke the rule.. lol Even though as Dh puts it "they say 6 weeks because they know you'll try at 4"

Re: Non breastfeeding Mom's and Mirena users please come in..
I got AF at about 9 weeks pp and then I had the Mirena put in. It just took that long because I was undecided about it and then I had insurance issues to work through, so I got the Mirena put in about 3 months pp. I only BF for the first 3 weeks pp and then had to stop because I got sick. I did not have AF while I had it inserted, but it can be inserted while you have AF, if your OB chooses. The best thing about the Mirena for me is that I do not get AF anymore, it's a wonderful thing!
