non-material rewards?
I started a classroom economy this year to work on real life math skills with my kids... they decided they want to spend their 'money' on auction items... now my dilemma is what to auction and what to request from parents... I have a program with 40 kids, so I can't go broke doing this, especially since I have to do it 2x for the year I think... and sadly I don't have a homeroom class so I don't have Scholastic points to spend :(
any ideas??
- lunch bunch - Teacher for the Morning - create the brainbuster of the day - puzzle books
Parents are willing to send stuff in, but want do I ask for? I want to make it more non-material things, but can't really think of anything else
please help :)

Re: non-material rewards?
I like your suggestions as well as the pajama day and movie. You can also have a game day or maybe when the weather gets nicer have class outside? Free homework passes?
