North Ocean Ave - TODAY 4/15

Does anyone know why North Ocean Ave was shut down Northbound of Rte 25? This was around 5pm today.

I drove south bound on N. Ocean Ave near 11am with no issues.

Suffolk Police had all traffic merging off of N. Ocean onto 25.

I checked Newsday and News12 with no news.

There was an accident involving a car and a motorcycle. I saw a man lying on the grass in the middle of the road and a policeman was holding his head in his lap (probably to keep him still). I actually got stuck at the red light there and was trying not to look too much as I was afraid of what I might see. I don't know how badly the man was injured, but I didn't see him move at all. I hope he is ok.
