hahahahaa I was gonna say that but I opted not to I felt foolish but I guess the cat is out of the bag now it is soo yummy I actually buy it during the year and my turkey coldcuts and put it on my sandwhich ...

i am totally in love and dream about my mother's homemade stuffing. I drool just thinking about it, that's how good it is. Hands down favorite.
PUmpkin pie is second but no where near.
Of all the food holidays, Thanksgiving is by far my favorite, i gorge myself, dieting or not for one day, especially since i come from an all italian family, all we do is eat!

DW makes an awesome sausage stuffing.... 
Just thought I'd mention... I was watching Paula Dean's Thanksgiving episode, and she took cranberry sauce from the can (must be from the can.... "real" sauce won't hold up), sliced it, and froze the slices. After they were hard, she batter-dipped them, then deep fried them! 
I guess there's really nothing you can't deep-fry.

We do the traditional Italian Thanksgiving.
We have the other stuff too (turkey, stuffing, yams, etc...), but just because we feel we have to.

I love it all....my fav I guess is a tie between mixing my mashed potatoes with the canned jelly cranberry stuff (I know weird, but I love it!) and stuffing.
