Not exactly parenting related, but I'm not sure if something is wrong with me?
I posted on the PG board a few days ago about weird symptoms I was having, spotting last week, wondering if it was implantation, etc.... I felt really awful.
Yesterday I was due to get AF yesterday - I felt very PMS but nothing ever happened - I took a HPT, negative... All day today I just feel achy in my shoulders, and very, very tired. so tired.... but all those PMS symptoms - you know, the typical getting-it-any-minute feelings have disappeared. Just exhaustion. And another BFN on the dollar store test....
And everytime I think I feel "something" flowing, I run to the bathroom, but its just very very wet down there (TMI sorry) and clear, kwim? Even my bloating has disappeared...
Can anyone explain to me what this could be? I am always regular....

Weren't you away for a few days this month? That could throw your body off a little bit!
I find that every time I travel my period gets a little wacky on me!

Honestly it sounds like you are pregnant or your cycle is going through one of those adjustments that happen every few years.
I think you should go to a doctor and get a blood test.

We went to NJ - I never had travel affect me at all - kwim? in fact, usually whenever I go somewhere, AF likes to tag along and come early!
In the past, I have been under the worst stress in my life, never affected AF. Things are actually really calm now.....Sick - AF always comes. In fact, I was regular again immediately after I got AF with Cailen. I'm 34- it can't be weird like early menopause, could it?

I think because everyone is sooooo different cycle wise, theres no way anyone can guess or figure out what it is.
I would wait a few days, if no AF, call the DR. They are the only ones who know.

No - I def. don't think it's early menopause
I think you are either pregnant - or AF will show up any day now. I know - I am no help at all! I wouldn't worry about it being something serious though (not that being preggo isn't serious - but you know what I mean!)

I've been having those weird symptoms too and I'm definitely not pregnant....I think our parts just act out sometimes (mine in particular wants more sex lol).....

Things can and do change once we get into our 30's. I highly doubt it's early menopause. Don't panic. Wait a bit and if you still feel uneasy call your ob-gyn.
But what the h e l l do I know. I always had a better chance at picking the number on the roulette wheel in LV than knowing the day, or month, AF was finally going to show up.

Hey, wait a minute... I have a theory...
Didn't you say you saw Coast Guard at the Northport Starbucks the other day?
Maybe all of the testosterone threw off your cycle... i mean several men IN UNIFORM are bound to have an affect on the female hormonal system

Oooo, I like the Coast Guard theory, that definitely sounds like a reason for all this wacky period nonsense!
I think you'll get it any day now. You just typing up this post to say you don't know where it is puts you under stress, even if you don't think it does. Haven't you ever heard a "Watch pot never boils?"

You have had similar scares, so I wouldn't think you were that regular.
Just hang tight. I know my cycle changes with the seasons, I have different symptoms all the time, etc.
Perhaps you are thinking too much about it.

I agree...my only symptom when I got pregnant with my son was an excess of CM---I had ovulated late---so I got a few bfn's before I got my bfp.
I would def. go to the dr, because you are going to stress yourself out trying to "figure out" what is going on (which that in and of itself could be causing your body to be out of whack).

A few years ago, I just had a very strange month. I had 2-3 days of very, very light spotting and kept waiting to get my period. Turns out that was my period that month and was told I probably had an anovulatory (sp) cycle. The next month my period arrived exactly 28 days from my first day of "spotting" and things were back to normal. I too thought I was pregnant which presented a bit of a problem as my husband had a vasectomy.

aliens or the coast guard are the only two possible choices.
Honestly, my body has been so screwy since this whole giving birth thing.....I think your's is just playing tricks on you. And then, when you worry about it, it makes it worse. But of course you can't not worry about it.
I'd wait a few days and go to the doctor.

My period completely changed shortly after having kids. Symptoms were off, etc. I was told by ob/gyn every 7 years, your cycle changes. For me PMS symptoms more pronounced (rip someone's head off pronounced, previously I'd only get a backache), length of cycle (from 27 days to 24 days, which gives me a bonus period every year, amount (extremely heavy ).

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy - if you have one the HPT would still come up positive.
