Not sure what board to put this on...

so I figured I would ask here.

When you get AF (a heavy AF), do you seem to lose energy?

For the past 2 days, I have no energy, I mean I struggle picking Ali up. I am sooooo tired, that I can barely keep my eyes open (I wish she still took naps - cause I really could use some Chat Icon Chat Icon time).

I mean I don't even know if it is my AF that is making me feel this way, but I don't know what else has been any different.

Does this happen to anyone else?
I keep wondering if I should call the doctor and see what is going on with me Chat Icon

Yes, it happens to me.

You might be anemic (I am). Call your doctor, get blood work done, and if you are anemic they might put you on an iron supplement.

you may need an addtional supplement. But your crit is not affected by your diet, yout crit drops when you are bleeding, that is when we have a patien come in with a low crit we wonder where the person is bleeding from internally, but a female's crit normally drops during AF

Marcie, Have the doctors test your thyroid. Three of my friends had thyroid issues after having children with the same symptoms, the symptoms were WAY worse when they got AF. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

omg YES, even about a day or two before AF arrives, I cannot get out of bed in the morning.
You should get it checked out-you could have a throid problem, i know that is the reason i get like this-and its always worse during/before AF.
