Not sure what to do with Amelia- need advice

On Thursday I noticed some green discharge coming from Amelia's belly button (she's 7 weeks). She also had a slight fever. We took her to the doctor, where they swabbed for some tests and cleaned it out. Told us to clean it 2x a day.

It stopped oozing, but she has not been herself since then. Very fussy, screaming when she's awake and she has been sleeping way more than usual. Today has been the worst. So far she's only been awake for 10 minutes the whole day, and she spent it crying. This is not her, she's usually happy and smiling.

I want to take her to the doctor, but for what? She has no fever, no discharge, she's just fussy. Plus with the snow, I feel like it would be crazy to go when there's nothing physically wrong, kwim?

You'd think I would know what was wrong or what to do since I've BTDT, but I'm clueless right now. WWYD?

mommy knows best - if she is not "herself" than there is something wrong - i would call my ped just to make myself feel better.

My cousin, who is only about 3 months old had a few days where he was acting funny and not himself and the doctor said it could just be growing pains.
