Nothings happening
Im in such a rut. I cant breakn this number on the scale. My clothes are NOT fitting me right and i dont feel confident anymore. Im trying to make the best of my workouts but im getting bored. I have been working out LITERALLY and actively since im 16 yrs old (im 33 now) and i think im just BORED!! Ive tried it all and the things i havent tried, i no interest in trying.
Im really upset about this b i dont feel good at all. Im always hungry and can never feel full and i wind up snacking all the time and im sure its extra cals that i do not need.
Any advice or thoughts?
Ive tried the 6 mini meals a day and i just gained weight that way bc i was eating too much. Im eating b-fast, lunch and dinner everyday.
What am i doing wrong?????

What helps me jumpstart a change is always some radical diet change - for example Ive stopped eating meat (all kinds) for about a month now. My digestive system is working better, I have more energy and sleep better at night so all of that has helped me feel better by just changing one thing.

What helps me jumpstart a change is always some radical diet change - for example Ive stopped eating meat (all kinds) for about a month now. My digestive system is working better, I have more energy and sleep better at night so all of that has helped me feel better by just changing one thing.
LOL i already dont eat meat.... But i see where youre going. I think im going to do something like this. Im planning on not eating or REALLY limiting carbs at dinner, cutting on my sugars bc that is def where its coming from. And NO MORE wine!!! Not that im drinking alot but at parties and dinners (which there have been SO MANY of) i have been drinking prob 2 glasses each time.

I know you said you are eating 6 mini meals but maybe you are not eating enough? Wow you are 33? You look so much younger.

The mini meal was just not easy for me. Im a teacher and i just cant sit and eat whenever i want. My day is WAY too structured

I know same for me. No way in a day I am eating 6 mini meals. Way too busy at work. I am lucky I get my oatmeal in. Are you eating breakfast? What are you eating on a typical day and are you taking vitamins and drinking 64 oz or more of water per day? Are you eating enough fiber?

You're welcome... maybe just trying the cards or the wine....you dont wanna deprive yourself of too much. But as with my cutting out meat- I hardly crave it anymore. Once its gone, I dont miss it! GOOD LUCK!
