Again, I have no idea what you are talking about. All I know about your situation is what was said on this public forum.
If this is going to be a problem for you, maybe it's best that I don't attend your GTG. I just wish you would've said something earlier, instead of misleading me and my friends into thinking I would be able to go.
On a previous thread i which you were beginning to plan this GTG, you made it seem that anyone was more than welcome (including me as you pointed out). You could've just sent me an FM saying you weren't comfortable with me being there instead of starting this nonsense.

Is this at someones house? Is that why there is a limit?
Maybe we can do a GTG somewhere public so there is no limit?
Carlie will be 1 on the Nov 11th... We would love to be put on the waitlist!

There's a limit because it's at a kid's place indoors. 
For those that can't make it to this one, we're having the Halloween GTG on 10/24 at a park, everyone is welcome.
