November or December trip recomendations
Looking for a reccomdendation for a 3-4 day trip within 5-6 hour drive or less from Long Island.
We we will have an 8 month old with us
We like to go out to eat, shop, and visit measums/theme parks
We would want somewhere with stuff to see, but aren't really into outdoorsy stuff...obviously Nov.Dec isnt time for that anyway...
Where should we go?

oooh! how about the Williamsburg area of Virginia? so many fun shops and they have a beautiful Christmas store with stuff you have to just see to believe!

what about DC? If you stay in the outskirts, (MD) it's probably a little cheaper

Not sure if you're looking for this kind of all inclusive but Woodloch Pines is wonderful. Your eight month old would love it and that time of year, you can get some really good deals Monday - Friday.
