NPR -- Nikon D40 or D60--which one should I buy?
My camera sucks and I am losing so many precious moments between DS and DS---help me decide!!! TIA!!!

I have a Canon Rebel and LOVE it!

Which ever one you can get the best deal on...
I purchased the D60 over the D40 b/c I knew that I wanted to blow up my pics...
But other than that I think you will be equally happy....

I'm sure you're going to get different answers from everyone.
I love Ken Rockwell's site & trust his opinion. He opts for D40. http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/d60.htm
I'd get the D40 & then put the extra money towards a better lens.
I know I say this ad nauseum but I would opt for a used camera from a dealer (B&H or Adorama).
I just upgraded to the D90 & sold my beloved D70 that I had for years. I know I'm not the only one that upgraded to a new camera so there is probably a lot of stock out there.
