NPR but not sure who else to ask
My husbands co-worker is getting married Saturday, 2 days after my due date. Assuming I'd go early we rsvp'd that just he would go, but now that I will be having this baby sometime between now and Friday he isn't going. He wants to stay with DS if I'm in the hospital and stay with me and DS and the baby if I'm just getting home from the hospital. All this is leading to a question....I promise. So he told her today he isn't going, she doesn't have to give the final count til Friday so she isn't put and money for him cancelling. They are by no means close co-workers, but we want to give her a gift anyway. What do you think is appropriate?
