NPR (well maybe)....Photoshop ?

I want to create a magazine cover, with the face cutouts.....has anyone done this? Would it work if I enlarged it a whole lot (and then later cut the holes)? Where would I print this out too (staples)?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Like the size of the template (layer). Thank you!!!

I'm confused. Are you looking to make an actual cutout for people to put their faces in or a fake magazine cover with someones face on it?

What size? I imagine you'd need at least a 20 x 30 if it's for people to do. Check out what the largest size Costco prints. I would think you'd need to cut the holes yourself.
