we call it a "too".. my neice was first grandchild and she always wanted two of them. So now we call it a too or nukie.

something similar:
my son is the first grandchild.. in our family and he calls my mom Nana b/c we have a Nana... and my Nana's mother was 'Nana Nana' Something was lost in translation so MY Nana has become 'Nana Na' according to my son.
it is now... 'the way'

 Same with my fathers name.. hes not Grandpa.. Neice called him "B'par".. so now all the grandkids call him that. Its soo cute.

All my kids had a Binky...DH's kids had a BeBe...his daughter is the next yougest so we've basically adopted BeBe although I do call it a Binky from time to time..

My son pronounced it "Fire". He would cry for it "Fire. Fire." No crowded movie theaters for him.
