Nursery Window Coverings
What are people using for the windows? Where can you get those child safe no cord ones?
Thanks!

Re: Nursery Window Coverings
We're doing the valance up top, a blackout curtain and a sheer over that.
We can't put up any blinds or anything because the previous owners destroyed the window frames, so everything has to be on tension rods.

Re: Nursery Window Coverings
For the summer I will be using balloon shades....For the winter, sheers with lined drapes...we don't have blinds on any of our windows.

Re: Nursery Window Coverings
We are using mini blinds, then a double curtain rod with a shear and then a thicker curtain

Re: Nursery Window Coverings
Right now, we have heavy, thermal curtains for both DC's rooms. It keeps the room very dark all the time. DS has learned how to open it in the morning to get light in the room (he's 6), but it works great for naps, and bedtime now that the sun stays up later.
