Yes thank goodness
I called them up once the Ped told us she wanted DD on it. They said it was covered and yet every time I go to order another months supply, they deny it until they speak with the Ped first.
But it has all been covered

Yes! It was pretty easy too but I know this is not usually the norm. We first had Nutramigen but then switched to Alimentum. Both were covered 100%.

We were on Alimentum for a brief period of time and it was not covered. DS is now on Elecare and after initially denying it, we fought insurance and got them to cover it.

Yes mine was covered by Empire United Health Care. I called them myself and was able to do it with just a script from the dr.
