Re: Nutritionist Recommendation?
Dr. Joe Klemczewski.
He is located in Indiana but does all online based nutrition. I have been working with him for the past few years (My husband does as well) and I am in the best shape of my life. He works with general population clients as well as professional bodybuilders and athletes. I started with him to lose weight for our wedding and just competed in my first fitness competition! He and Kori are INCREDIBLE!

Re: Nutritionist Recommendation?
From what I understand a nutritionist is paid for under circumstances like diabetes. For general weight loss or education purposes it is not. My DH goes to Marissa Lippert in the flatiron district. Her company's name is Nourish. We have to pay. DH really clicks with her and will continue to go until he meets his own personal nutritional goals. There is a history of diabetes in his family so he is trying to avoid that fate by educating himself under supervision. Best of luck to you. It is amazing what my DH has taught me by going to sessions...and I though I knew more about nutrition than him!

A nutritionist is covered by my insurance as long as they are in network so hopefully you can find one that is. I have a great one in Midtown Manhattan.

Thank you! I don't think mine will be covered which is ok. Its for general information and some health issues I have been having (nothing serious) but I think some changes in my diet could make a big difference!

It varies depending on your insurance carrier. I would give your insurance company a call- It can't hurt.
