Nutritionist update
So I guess the professionals really do know a thing or two. I went back to the nutritionist tonight and even though I wasn't perfect with my diet and exercise this week, I lost 3 pounds! I was shocked. Only about 17 to go, but it's a start.

Thanks, everyone! I'm really trying to get this IVF weight off ...in time to put it back on when we try again over the summer. Lol
