NYC/Central Park [Pictures]
My niece went to Central Park on a field trip last week for her "Urban Studies" class. I don't know about you, but I never had field trips that cool!
Anyway, she posted a bunch of pictures and I went looking through mine to show her other things and thought I would share with y'all.
It's so funny, I never went to the city to just walk around before I met DH. I went in for concerts but nothing else. Now, I can't imagine not visiting Central Park, seeing a Broadway show, going to a museum, finding a good place to eat...
If anyone has pics of Central Park or the city, I'd love to see them! It's been a long time since we shared our photos!

I can NOT go into the city without going to Central Park. I could spend hours/days there!

I am the reverse. I would go to the City all the time when I was single. I would always walk through Central Park anytime I would be in the City. I would even go to that zoo. I love Central Park. It's such a special place in the City. Children, sunbather, runners, cops and horses, etc...

Those shots are beautiful! Exactly the kind that make you fall in love with NYC.
We were in Central Park last weekend and I, too, realized that there are parts of it I have never seen. Living in Brooklyn, I think I take it for granted. DH took a bunch of pics so I'll share a few...

I've been DYING to go take some pics at Central Park and now I'm itching even more to go!!
I took these over the summer when they opened up Highline Park over by the meat packing district. They are all shot from the top of the walkway. The last one is my fav. because they kept some of the original tracks and planted around them!

Aww, this just made me nostaligic (the shot of Moran's). That was one DH and my first dinner dates.

I'm sorry! I didn't see your question originally.
Kat is right, they're my pics and I shoot with a Nikon D70. For the few pics I posted, there are hundreds more that aren't that good. I practice a lot and make a lot of changes to the camera to get it right.
I shouldn't admit that, should I?
