Sure, especially on days that are really cold and snowy. I don't mind digging my car out to go to work, but I'm not doing it in dress pants and heels! I try to avoid it on days that I have scheduled meetings with parents. And I'm probably one of the dressier people in my school - I've seen people wear (almost) everything.

Ok, so...if I were allowed to wear jeans every day, I would.  I teach in NC, we are allowed to wear jeans on Friday if we wear a school t-shirt. They're usually about $15, definitely worth the cost to be able to wear jeans on Friday all year.
We also do a fundraiser where we pay $20 for the week to be able to wear jeans every day, and that money goes to some worthy cause. Last year, it was breast cancer research.
