Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

Doing pretty good!! Due 10/14.

I am up 6 lbs total (as of the last visit 3 weeks ago), but I am sure that will change when I go back next week. Unfortunately I still don't really look pregnant, just fat, so I have total belly envy when I see other preggos!

I just started feeling flutters about 2 weeks ago and I can feel them more and more each day.

I am still spotting occasionally. It's a litte worrisome, but my placenta moved and its no longer low lying, so it must be this darn polyp! I go back to the high risk guy on Friday, so hopefully I will get some more info. It doesn't hurt at all, I just get depressed when I start spotting.

Time is flying by and overall, I can't really complain - I feel pretty good

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

Hey there Chat Icon

I'm feeling good. I started to feel the baby for about two days now and I absolutely love it Chat Icon

I'll be starting my 21 week of pg tomorrow and it will be two weeks of no spotting!! I spotted three weeks ago because of a low lying placents so I've been taking it easy since. I spotted for about 4 days and then it stopped thank god Chat Icon

I think I gained at least 13 pounds so far. I have a belly check appt on the 18th so we'll see if that changed.

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

I am due the 5th of October.

I feel great. I don't even feel pregnant untill the baby starts moving. I am always tired. I guess chasing my toddler around has a lot to do with that. The baby was shy for 2 ultrasounds so unless something happens and we need another ultrasound than the baby will be a surprise. I have gained 11 lbs.

Hi Girls,

I'm 22 wks. Just had a 3D sono and got to see the baby. It was so surreal..we're having a boy! So far I've gained 11lbs....been feeling flutters since 15-16 wks and now I def feel kicks. I'm enjoying the 2nd tri immensely except for the ligament pains that are horrible.
Looking forward to sharing more with you ladies! Goodluck!Chat Icon

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

Hi ladies....

I'll be 22 weeks on Friday and really, really happy that the morning sickness has been gone for a while. We had the big ultrasound last week and all looked good! We're not finding out what we're having, which is surprisingly easy to be ok about.

I've gained about 10 pounds so far, which my dr. says is fine. I actually feel pretty good except that sleeping is AWFUL! I wake up constantly, not so much to go to the bathroom, but because I can't get comfortable. My hips KILL ME when I sleep on my sides. I just ordered a pregnancy pillow and can't wait for it to arrive!

Congrats to everyone!

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

Hi ladies! I'm 23 weeks and my belly feels enormous! I have gained 15 lb. so far Chat Icon but my morning sickness is gone and I can function better now. Exhaustion/fatigue is a definite issue with me but they say it happens and may go away so there's still time! Staining/bleeding is another issue but they are watching it, it just gets me frightened, but I know I am in good hands. DH finally felt her kick for the first time on Sunday. She is pretty active at night but I don't mind it!! I will post a belly pic soon!

Hope everyone is enjoying their pregnancy! Chat Icon

ETA: I am due 10/9 with a c-section probably one week earlier because of back problems.

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

I am 23 weeks today. So far feeling pretty good. I can feel my little boy kicking around in there, my stomach feel sooo stretched and uncomfortable this past week, and I saw my first stretch markChat Icon . I have been using Palmers cocoa butter, but I just ordered some new stuff, and plan on slathering myself as much as possible from here on out!

I am getting so nervous about birth and being a mommmy, but if everyone else can do it, I must be able to also. I go for another sono in three weeks to see if my low lying placenta has moved up, I hope so...!

I'm due 10/15 so 22wks and doing well. I think I finally "popped". I'll refrain posting my weight gain bc I'm really not happy about it. The baby is kicking me constantly (day and night) and has been since about 18 weeks. The other night I think I even saw it twice from the outside - CRAZY! the sono tech commented on how "active" he/she is. i'm so afraid i'm going to have a hyper baby!

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

I am due October 7-10th. It all depends on who I see in the group! LOL...However, with twins, the goal is 35 weeks! I feel like I have been pregnant FOREVER!!!! Blessed, but still, time is moving so slowly!

As of the last drs. appt, I only gained 4 pounds! Being a plus size woman to begin with, this is good. I am finally getting the preggo belly! But still not getting seats on the bus! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I will most likely have a C-section because I am afraid of complications. It took me 5 years to get to this point!

I don't look forward to the summer heat! UGH!!!! But work is almost over so that is good!

I have drs appts every two weeks in order to measure the growth of these babies! At last visit, baby A weighed 14 ozs and baby B weighed 1 pound!

Here's to a smooth summer!!!

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

How is everyone doing?

Has everyone registered?
Started the nursery?
Ordered furniture?

I haven't started any of these and am beginning to feel like I need to get on with this. I have had a lot going on in life and until now haven't had time to think about it. I hope to register in the next two weeks (2 of my closest gfs from CT are going to come down to help) and DH and I might go this weekend to look at furniture.

How are you all feeling??

I am feeling great! I am 26 weeks and up 7lbs.

I am registering this Thursday.

We painted the nursery last week, now we have to accessorize it. I have all the furniture (using my childhood set) and just waiting for the crib to arrive.

My feet have been getting pretty swollen and I just took the 1 hour glucose test last week. I am waiting for the results.

Other than my cankles, I am feeling pretty good. Chat Icon

Re: OCTOBER MOMMIES, CHECK IN!!!!

Hey ladies! Feeling okay these days! Exhausted and fatigued some times even though I am eating well and getting rest but I guess that's par for the course! Enjoying all the little kicks and tumbles and watching my belly change shape Chat Icon DH loves it too!

We ordered furniture but it won't be in until August. Our nursery is almost ready for it too!

My due date is October 9th but our Chat Icon will be delivered by c-section around October 2nd or so.

Hoping everyone is doing well and taking it easy in the heat too! Chat Icon We're getting there!
