Re: ***Offical June 2010 Mommies Thread***
I haven't had any symptoms for the past 4 days. I don't feel pregnant. I had to POAS on Monday to ease my mind. Does anyone else feel this way? I am 4weeks 4days. Thanks for listening.

Nov. 21 I called them today to make sure they gave me the right day. They said 10 weeks for a first appt is typical.

You can add me!
According to my calculations, my due date would be 6/20. I will know for sure at my first sono on 11/4 (I should be about 7.5 weeks then).

I'm not really having any symptoms either and this is my 2nd so I keep comparing to my first. I'm sure we're fine!
My first appointment is 11/3 - my doc sees patients between 8-10 weeks...so hard to wait, but I understand why they do it. I was originally scheduled for 11/10 but I asked them to move me up.

I've had the cramping on and off too. I am 5w4d today. I actually have my first appt on Monday...this coming Monday the 19th. It's early I know. My dr. usually won't see you until you're at least 8 weeks but they want to see me since the first day of my last period was 8/3...I have VERY long cycles. So that is all they'd listen to and told me I was due to be seen even after telling them I didn't O until 9/24. So doubt once I'm in there he'll do a sonogram. I'm excited my appt is so soon though.
The cramping hurts. I know we can take Tylenol for it but I have yet to do that. I just try to get up and walk around when it happens.
Hope you are all feeling good!

Re: ***Offical June 2010 Mommies Thread***
I don't have any cramps either. Maybe it's still too early.
So we have cramps because our uterus is stretching? Why would it need to stretch? DC is about the size of a poppy seed right now.

Don't worry if you don't feel pregnant. I was that way with DS until week 8 when I got morning sickness man I could have kicked myself for saying 'I just want to feel something' I spent the remainder of my PG leaned over the Toilet bowl. They say it's perfectly normal!!!!!!! Don't worry baby's still chillaxin in there.

Oh, please add me! I'm still super nervous and cautious, but SO EXCITED. (I'll re-introduce myself with my real name in a few weeks.)
Not seeing the doctor until 11/11. And then we still don't even plan on telling the family until Thanksgiving Day (thought that would be nice!)
According to my calculations though the due date is 6/23 (ish)!

Re: ***Offical June 2010 Mommies Thread***
Hey, I have a question. Since we're not showing yet, is it okay to sleep on our bellies? I rolled over this morning without even realizing. I'm so used to it. I know I won't be doing that when my belly is showing but is it okay for now? I have back pain and the only relief I get is sleeping on my belly.

SO funny you posted this. I was thinking this last night too. I always sleep on my belly and last night I was like..."hmmmm....maybe I shouldn't?" lol. I have no idea and I'm sure throughout the night I did. Anyone else have any idea?

I think you don't have to worry about not sleeping on your belly until you are further along...not sure but I just think. 2nd time mommy's can fill you in...

I sleep on my belly every night, unless my nipples are hurting so bad it doesn't allow me to.
And don't worry I live out of state so I won't be taking up a hospital bed on LI.

Sleeping on your stomach is fine!! When you get further along is will be soo hard to though lol. Sleeping on your left side when your further along is the best, as it helps circulation to baby!

Re: ***Offical June 2010 Mommies Thread***
I had my first appt yesterday and he did an internal sono so I saw the little tiny baby...very cool feeling! He wants to see me again in 2 weeks and will have another sono then. He is saying I'm 6 weeks along with a due date of June 12th. My calculations put me closer to 5 weeks with a due date of June 18th. He said he will give me a better idea on DD at next appt.
All I had to do was give urine sample. Did not take any blood or give me a pap or exam...guess that will happen at next appt. I go back on 11/5...can't wait!
Can't wait for you to all see yours...it's very exciting to see it!
Now I have to go get a flu shot...he said his office will give me the swine flu shot when it comes in possibly at next appt.
