Down 3.2 Lbs this week. Got a YELLING message I was losing too fast. I was not trying. I eat all my points.
Total loss of 10.6 Lbs in 4 "official" weeks of WW but a total of 13.4 Lbs since I bought the scale.
LOVE Gina's ww recipes. This week, I did the spinash lasagna. The skinny potatoes as a side dish for another meal and the red potato salad. Even DH loved the recipes and said it did not taste like "diet food" at all.

Pretzel and Quaker mini ricecakes (caramel or chocolate):
2 pts: 16 pretzel nuggets (1 pt for 8)
2 pts: 7 caramel mini ricecakes, 8 chocolate mini rice cakes
0 pts: cucumber or tomato

sugar free jello- 0 pts
fat free pudding- 1 pt
any fruit/veggies- 0 to 1 pt
kashi oatmeal cookies- one small cookie for 2 pts, but sometimes I really crave them.
94% fat free popcorn- whole bag, 1 pt
2 slices ezekial bread w/ apple butter- 2 pts
ww yogurt- 1 pt
17 special K crackers- 2 pts (for just one more pt you can cut up a ww string cheese to add on the crackers for protein!)

I started up again today! I wanted to die when I saw the number in the book! There was a guy at the meeting who reached his 100 lb mark today! He joined last summer - I'm always in awe when I hear about huge losses like that!
Anyway - can't wait to update here every week!
